We are sharing brief of two of our International Skål Councillors as below and hope to share more later in the year as we will inform you what the Councilors do in their National or Area Committees.

ISC Austria 2023
It is my great honor and pleasure in the last year of the Skål International Council existence to work together with you.
I am looking forward to share some of my years of experience, ideas and thoughts in order to help this wonderful organization to gain the strength again which existed in the past.
I have been a member of Skål International Wien since 1970, and Membre d’Honneur since October 2016. I was Vice President of Skål International Wien from 1998 to 2003, being Skål International Councillor for Austria from 1997 to 2015. I have been Secretary General of Skål International Austria and Wien, and from 1997 to date I am still a member of the Executive Committee of both.
From 1997 to 2004 I was a member of the International Development Committee, and from 2005 to 2009 I was the Chairperson of the Skål International Internal Awards. In 2009 I was a member of the Skål International Repositioning Task Force.
I have attended Skål International World Congresses from 1988 to 2021.

I have been part of the Skål International movement for twenty years all in the city of Neuquén, Patagonia Argentina.
I have been President of Skål International Alto Valle de Rio Negro y Neuquén four times, secretary six times and treasurer twice.
I have attended most of CLACSKÅL Congresses since 1992, I have also attended all the National Congresses and some International Congresses since then.
I have been running my own hotel and bungalows in Copahue Hot Springs in Neuquén, in the Andean Range in Patagonia Argentina for forty-eight years. I have been part of Neuquén Hotel Association.
The International Skål Council is an advisory body to the Executive Committee and the General Secretariat of Skål International.
National or Area Committees have Councillors who are the link between the Council and the National or Area Committee.
The ISC will be having our last Midyear meeting in Malaga, Spain from the 26th to the 29th of April. I look forward to welcoming the Councillors who will be attending the meeting in person and some virtual and the Executive Board.
As I welcome our new Councillors, I also thank the Councillors who have been on the ISC for a number of years and have been instrumental in the ISC. I also want to recognize the ISC Past President Denise Scrafton who is and has always been there to guide us whenever needed.
We look forward to sharing with you more news after our Midyear Meeting.
